Always have a great experience here- whether it's looking for new item or having my existing jewelry appraised, they're 100% professional and pleasant.

"WATCH" out

Brought my watch in for a battery & was told watch was broken. Maurice the owner said he'd call with estimate. 2 weeks later I called because they had not contacted me & without knowing what was wrong they took a $40 deposit.

It took 4 weeks to get the watch back & when I checked it now the clasp was so loose it wouldn't stay closed. It wasn't loose before. I asked for compensation & owner became very nasty...looked at it a second ; said "can't fix this & "go somewhere else!"

Overpriced.

The staff & owner are very unprofessional & rude.
THE WATCH WORKED FOR 1 1/2 DAYS!!!
I guess if you have a $200 0watch they might be nicer!

Please be warned. I now have to go to another jeweler to get my watch fixed!!!
BE WARNED.
