Interesting Studio

I got introduced to GB through Yoga Journal's Conference in NYC last year. Gurmukh Khalsa is the founder of GB in LA and NY. She is definitely a very inspirational and enlightening teacher. I am only interested in taking her workshops at GB. The themes are excellent and poignant.

I did not care for the classes at GB nor the instructors. I took a few Kundalini Classes at this location a year or so ago. It's not everyone's cup of tea but to each their own. We all have different energies and pick different vibes from each class, practice and session.

This studio is not for me.

I will still look into Gurmukh's workshops whenever time permits..
