Spray Tanning
I was in a friend's wedding last year, and I wanted to try spray tanning. The staff was very helpful as I was totally new to it. They helped me every step of the way, and I appreciated it. My spray tan turned out just fine!

Walk-in Friendly
I like Golden Tan in Chanhassen because I rarely call ahead for an appointment and I can usually always get in right away. I only go a few times in the winter months and can usually get in on a good sale, but I only gave it 4 stars because the prices are a bit high. The staff is very friendly, the place is very clean and the beds are always fresh. I also like that it is a small place, they only have about 7 beds. They are located next to Wendy's in Chanhassen.

High Prices - Low Customer Service
I was asked why I was coming in to tan? And I informed her that all I wanted was a single tan. She then went over all the points packages and lotion options, etc. I stated I was just wanted 1 tan not a package. She finally gave up on selling me a package and her mood changed to a little more snippy. She informed me it was 20.00 for one 9 min session in a nothing special bed, one step up from their most basic bed. Holy! I should have left, but being in a hurry I accepted pricy tan.
