Hey Bad819! Yeah, it was strange and creepy I am sure, but I am more blown away by the fact that you think it is okay to have food delivered and not tip! That is what you get you cheapster! You can't expect to have someone bring you food...

This restaurant has very good food but they do not have a very high rating from the health department. It is owned and operated by an Asian couple. They are very friendly people. We have always had good food when went there but we were the only people in the restaurant. They are very reasonably priced.

Beware of delivery

My daughter, who recently had surgery, ordered delivery. My feeble, arthritic mother paid with my daughter's debit card.

The driver held out his hand and asked for a tip. When he was told no, he acted as if he didn't understand. He spoke well enough to collect the tab.

He stood on the porch with his hand out and repeated "tip. " After telling the man no over and over, my mother went inside the house to scrape up a tip.

I guess he felt it was taking too long so he intered the house. When she returned, he was standing in the living room.

She gave the man the tip. She would have given him any amount of money to leave.

I phoned the restaurant, spoke with the manager and asked for the owners name. I was side tracked and told what they thought I wanted to hear. I was told the owner, who's name I was never given, would return my call.

To this date, I haven't received a call.

On top of it all, the food was cold and old. It wouldn't suprise me if the meal was taken off the buffett yet charged for a fresh dinner.

Hey Bad819! Yeah, it was strange and creepy I am sure, but I am more blown away by the fact that you think it is okay to have food delivered and not tip! That is what you get you cheapster! You can't expect to have someone bring you food or serve you food and not compensate them for it. I am more than sure you are also the kind of person who wonders why when you visit a restaurant over and over you get crappy service......if you don't like it, don't go back! BECAUSE THEY ARE GIVING YOU CRAPPY SERVICE BECAUSE YOU ARE CHEAP! I am truly sorry for your elderly mother having to deal with that kind of situation, because I am sure she was scared. But, the fact that you post a comment on here and the drivers behavior is more bothersome to you than the fact you apparently don't tip in your family is really humorous....If you can barely afford take out or restaurant food, than maybe you should consider the dollar menu at mcdonalds. hmmmm....something to think about.
