A healer of the highest order

Dr. Youping Qin, MD, (sounds like chin) is the essence of traditional Chinese medicine in a most delightful way. He mixed a tea and a poultice and poked a bunch of needles for my broken wrist and I healed in a third the time estimated by my Kaiser doc.
