Should avoid
This is definitely below even an average service for a strip mall nail salon. The place is need of a complete make over from the staff to the actual shop inside and out. The staff were rude to me, since I had not made an appointment, then I had to wait way too long for them even though there were plenty of staff on site and not enough customers. I came in to get both a mani and a pedi, but i settled on just getting a mani done, after all of that. I should have just got up and walked out at the first sign of rudeness. My manicure was done by a woman with the english of a 2 year old. She didnt understand what I wanted, and then charged me for something I never even asked to have done. I am completely unhappy with my visit and I definitely do not ever plan to go back.

worst experience by far
Immediately upon entering a very poorly design store you're overwhelmed by tragic ambiance. I was greeted after a less than courteous amount of awkward loitering time at the home made front desk. The employee didn't even finish listening to what I wanted and interrupted me to "Pick your color!" The place was dead and people were lounging around as if it was their house. There was some residual fish smells radiating throughout the space. I got an exorbitant amount of pressure to buy extra services that I didn't want. I ended up just telling the lady to just cut my service short I couldn't bare to be there any longer.

Just your typical cheap nail salon
Bad English... Bad service... cheap pedicure... I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for somewhere cheap to get a quick pedi, this is the place. If you want someone to actually listen to what you want, go somewhere else.Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Nail Salons
