SHAME ON YOU GOLDEN CORRAL

ITHE GOLDEN CORRAL THESE COMMENTS WERE REFERRING TO WERE AT THE NEW SHERIDAN COLORADO LOCATION.....NOT ENGLEWOOD COLORADO

was excited about the new Golden Corral moving to Englewood. On Saturday, August 7, 2010 my daughter and grandson and I happily went. We fixed our plates and sat down. (NO TRAYS, WHY?) A mother and her little girl (6 yo maybe) went flying by...mom had her hand over little girl's mouth running to the restroom. In the meantime, my grandson picked up his sausage link and took a bite and SPIT IT OUT on his plate. His mom and I reprimanded him for that (use a napkin). I took a bite of my sausage link and it was absolutely RANCID!! I spit it out in a napkin.

No staff checked on the little girl. I went to the restroom and ask the mom if her daughter was ok. She said she seemed to be sick. The little girl was throwing up her guts. I asked the mom if the little girl had sausage links. She said, that's exactly what she ate! I told her about me and my gra

Manager at Golden Corral in Sheridan

This review is in response to Mary's written complaint above. I would first of all like to apologize for your experience at our new location. I am one of the managers there and was on duty that day. I have already called you personally about what happened and explained everything but I would like also to write something here to explain to the other readers. The little girl's parents requested that they be taken out through a side door. Their meal was refunded and everything resolved to their satisfaction. The sausage was indeed undercooked and the whole batch was removed from the buffet. I had been busy with the little girl's grandmother still sitting at their table to offer any assistance that I could. I know that I was able to resolve the situation with you over the phone Mary and I do thank you for bringing to my attention some of the mistakes we made. We will strive to make everything better as we learn from our mistakes as a new store. I invite you and all other readers here to co
