Lock Freeze
Once the labor warranty expired the lock froze up and they were going to charge me to just come out to look at it.

WTF?
So I was sitting at a traffic light getting ready to turn onto the highway and WHAM!!! My car was knocked right to the other side of the road by this DOUCHE driving a Golden Bear Lock and Safe van?! I got out to see what the heck was going on with this friggin' IDIOT, got to the van and he was having a seizure! Slammed right through my car and stopped on the side of a pick up truck. TOTALLED my car and their insurance company says it's not his fault?! This company seems top be a scam from all directions! They need to shut down!!! The reveiws i've read about them are from unhappy customers. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER! Now I'm paying for a car that i can't drive because some guy, "TOM" from this company didn't tell them he was proned to seizures! Thanks for ruining my car Golden Bear Lock and Safe! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!

Unorganized
We have a high security lock and key mechanism that requires detailed charts and a skilled locksmith to keep those charts organized. This locksmith cannot keep these charts up to date and I am constantly sold keys that do not work in our locks. Oh, they also refuse to make a site visit to correct the charts unless I pay for the on site service.

Golden Bear Lock & Safe is Awesome!!
I spoke with Shaun who stated that he could copy a high security key for a 2001 Mazda Millenia S (Supercharger) for $35.00. After contacting Byers Mazda and being quoted a price of $130.00, I thought I would give them a try. It was worth it and then some. I bought my vehichle in as Shaun instructed, he tested the key, and it worked perfectly. The reviews on here made me think twice, but I'm glad I decided to go. The service from Shaun was fast, professional and definitely reliable. Keep in mind that it's best to have vehicle with you so he can test it to make sure key functions properly.
