I went to get my hair colored and highlighted. After completing the job, my hair was falling out and I wasn't satisfied with what I asked the color technician to do. I requested a full refund by telephone and was hung up on.

I went to this salon as well - DO NOT GO O THIS PLACE - TERR
I went to get a dye of dark brown hair w/ highlights. Angie/owner of the place - left me setting in a chair for the longest time w/ the frost on my hair!!! I has to ask her about my hair again!! She then took me to wash it - got water all over me!! washed my hair oyut a towel on it - left me again!! to work on someone else!! I took the towel off to look at my hair - MY HAIR STATRED TO FALL OUT!! ALL THE BLONDE HIGHTLIGHTS WERE FALLING OUT!! I had a blonde patch in the front. She toned it down my hair became dry and I left!! DO NOT GO THERE!! BAD BUSINESS.

I got a haircut from Angie the salon owner and it was ok not great but not extremely ugly. Then she highlight my hair and it came out orange and yellow. She say that I could come back a few day and she will fix it if I dont like it. I came back and she was angry and she say "i got a question for you. Why do your people ( referring to my race Asian) dont want to pay? I was so upset with her. She is the rudest hair stylist i came across. I told her that she dont need to be stereotyping and that not all people from my country are cheap. And the funny thing is that I have no problem paying if she did a good job on my hair. I pay 100 dollar plus before for highlight when it look good. And it not like I didnt pay her already when she first did it. She was so racist and I will never ever go there again. I cant believe people would treat people like this. She is very unprofessional and she is so racist.Worldwide > United States > Fort Worth, TX > Barbers
