Gold River Auto Repair is Greatest!!!!

I will agree with the last customer I have wanted to write a review but was too busy and often forgot, so I had to google them today. To get their phone number and read the previous clients review and thought I really liked them as well.

So here goes, the staff and their workmanship is out of this world Great I mean superb. Times are rough and people don't need any surprises. Once they fixed my car I did not have to take it back it was done correct and with respect. The staff are friendly and treat you with respect and that's what I liked as well as the other client. So I will have to second they get 10 stars for outstanding service......from me, great place and great people.

The BEST Auto Replace in Town!!

Truly, I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair place (and I am not usually a fan of any)! They are honest, dependable, reasonably priced, and EXTREMELY kind!!! My husband had a new air conditioning compressor put in our van without knowing that our vehicle was still under warranty! The bill was a little over $900 (which was almost half of what the dealership would have charged!). My husband, my brother, and my 21 year old son all said that I would not be able to get any reimbursement from the car company. I was beyond stressed! Todd (the owner) spent over an hour with me discussing the details of the situation and was then able to get my ENTIRE refund back. I am so grateful and will be a customer for life! They truly are one in a million!!

At last, A shop that truly cares about you and your vehical.

I took my SUV to Gold River Auto Repair and got treated like my business really mattered. I was welcomed by the owner (Todd Shaw) and all of his staff. I felt like I was home with family.
They go out off their way to make sure you leave there feeling good about the service.
I will recommend anyone and everyone to go see Todd and his staff. They?ll even give you a ride back home and pick you up when the work is complete if you are local.
Todd tries to shake every customers hand and his staff welcomes you and takes the time to fill you in and explain to you in terms that you can understand the problem with your vehicle, they also treat you with respect and let you know that they appreciate your business.
Trust me when I say this. Even through tough times This Business will treat you with respect and honesty. You will leave there feeling good about your choice and not ripped off.

Extremely sketchy place, will steal your $

I had my alternator go out on me last year and they quoted me $300-$400 including labor, when I came back to pay that cost had somehow doubled and I was forced to pay it. The problem was never fixed and I had gone back twice to have them fix it properly which they just can't seem to do. My car still has the same whining problem and they tell me that the belt has to be tightened or loosened every time the temperature changes. Excuse me?? I paid $750 for you to fix my car and you gave me a bad belt or don't know what is even going on with my car?? I'm also finding out now that tightening the belt is extremely harmful for the car and the whining problem with the bad alternator they probably gave me will also allow the new one to fail soon. They are just trying to steal my money, and I'm a college student!
Another story I found about just today...
My boyfriend's family's Ford Taurus transmission went out nearby and he had to go there to get it fixed. They told him it was going to be $3,500!! That's half the value of the car!! Fortunately, he was able to call them out on that absurd price and they instead charged $1200 including the labor. He knew that place was horrible but it was the only thing nearby without calling a tow truck. I say call the tow truck, never ever go to this awful place.

A Place That You Can honestly Trust

Let me just say that I have used GRAR (Gold River Auto repair) for over 5 years now along with multiple vehicles and I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very honest, friendly and respectful.
This is a shop that will never over charge you for the work that is being done. They use quality parts and great quality service. I have come to realize that they will not even do work to your car if it is not needed.
I have also noticed that the owner Todd Shaw tries to extend his hand and meet every customer.
They really make you feel like they care about each and every one of their customers.
