Beware! Beware! Beware! Jose Alberto Gonzalez, Christopher Dickey and Efrain Montes (Luis Perches is associated) are known con men in the Houston area. Between them they have many pending lawsuits ($117 million and $1 million breach of contract). They operate some 30 LLC 'companies'. Just google their names. Efrain was in jail. Luis has arrest record. Jose has disciplinary action with TREC. All bad news. Some of the 'companies' they use are US Sand, Taurus Energy, Royal Blue Energy, Global Partners Realty, West Retail, Miller Sloan, Millenia Finanz Group, MacDadde, Array9, Vintrachem - too many to list. Beware!!!!!
