Saved my pet rats lives
I used this vet after having a hard time finding a good vet for my rats. I found the veteranarians to be thorough and friendly. They were sweet and respectful to my rats. They always talked to them and said how cute they were. They were the first vet I went to that would do surgery on my rats eg- remove tumors from my rats. The desk people were friendly and laid back. IT's a shame I stopped going because it was along commute and I found a good vet that was in my neighborhood for convenience of commute. I would definetely recommend this vet.

Lizards Beware!
Back in 2008, my leopard gecko had gotten shed in his eye and I couldn't get it out for him. So I called my vet and booked an emergency appointment. The counter staff was very helpful, but when it came time to take care of my lizard the vet tech had grabbed my poor lizard in a way that had frightened him. He felt threatened, and he decided to snap his tail off. As upset as I was I tried to stay calm until the doctor came in, but I heard through the door that the vet tech was talking nasty about my lizard, saying he was "nasty".
