i was referred to this company so i called it was a little odd that it went straight to voice mail but it was an emergency so i left my information. then a tech calls us the next day to let us know someone would come out 2dYs later between 1-5pm i work full time so that time Window was crazy anyhow i took time off of work to make sure i was there because of the emergency and they didn't even show up. They didn't call to reschedule, or say they would be late Nothing! so i called to find out what's going om and the voice mail for that company is full. WTF? Save yourself a headache and go with someone else, if the company doesn't have someone live to greet you on the phone go with someone else.
