I love this group!
I have been going to this group for about 4 years now and I have liked them each time. I just delivered a baby with them and really liked them through that experience as well. With the exception of one doctor, they all have great bedside manner and seem like great people. Specifically, Dr Lyman, Dr Mandeville, and Dr Aqua are great. The nursing staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Could I please get my test results?
After waiting the requisite 2 weeks, I called early in the day in an attempt to get test results; I couldn't talk to anyone and had to leave a voice mail, so I left my cell number and my home number and told them exactly what I needed; and even though I filled out forms saying they could leave any/all information on my voice mail, they called me 1 minute before their phones closed down and left me nothing but a call back number; they left no additional information and they did even try the other number. So I was left to try the exact same process again tomorrow. This was not only unprofessional and rude, it was a little cruel considering the nature of the test results for which I am waiting.

Very clean office. The staff is just wonderful and very pleasant and efficient. Easy to make an appointment. Very good with their younger patients. Make you feel very comfortable.

Bad experience and no confidentiality. They are not attentive to patient's need and concern. You don't find a Personalized indiviual care in this practice.Never recommend it to anyone.

I would not ecommend this pratice to my dog if she was pregnant. This pratice is the worst in the town. someone said that madeville and lymen or good doctors they are lying that must be one of them saying that because I will tell them two to their face they are no good. We had countless arguments. I can't stand lyman or madeville madeville need to get her hair did and lyman look like she just got out of bed and forgot get dress for the day. they don't take time to help you are to give accurate readings. they said that they check me and they later they said during pregnancy i had placenta pevia they are not real doctors and trust me if you don;t like going to every doctor in the practice stay away seriously i am not lying this is the worst service i have ever had. lyman try to mke me cry about having my baby premature when it was not my fault. it was due to placenta pevia. if you like the run around go her also if you like dealing with cool hearted ppl go her also if like going througWorldwide > United States > Decatur, GA > Doctors
