Great sevice with best prices
My car was broken into one night, the window was shattered. I called Glass Masters after 9:30 pm, and got a live person on the line! She set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The next day, I was in and out of there in less than one hour, and even made it to work on time. The price was unbeatable. The employees were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Glass Masters to everyone.

Falling way short of any reasonable expectations.
My girlfriend's passenger window had been broken and the responsible party sent us to Glass "Masters". Supposedly we were to take the car to them. When I call to set up an appointment the following morning the receptionist informs me that the repairman was on his way to where the incident had happened. Needless to say we were nowhere near there so we ended up having to drive out to them. The job took about an hour and afterwards the window wouldn't stay all the way up and there was still broken glass rattling around inside the door. A complete waste of time.

A ma and pop store..ask for a low price!
I went with Glass Masters to get my wind sheild replaced. They gave me the good price of $175 which I was happy with but they broke my rear view mirror in the process. Though they ensured me the would order the peice in fix it (as soon as it came in), they offered not compensation for this inconvienence and the somewhat discomfort of driving around without a rear view mirror. I did ask how they could compensate for this and they said they would come to my place to put on the mirror. I was pleased with this because I did not want to have to go there again but would have rathered been offered this or a discount without me having to ask.
