This salon offers haircuts, hair styling, facial threading, and waxing. Basically, all of your personal care needs in one. The price is a bit high compared to other places, which is something that I definately didn't like about this place. Another thing is that the wait for a customer is pretty long. I had to wait about 25 minutes before I got my eyebrows threaded. They do an excellent job, however, on threading.

I was not that happy with the service provoded by them. Firstly i had to wait for a long time before my turn came. Secondly their service was a little expensive.And finally the job done by them did not satisfied me.So it was a little dissapointment by going to them.

They know how to thread eyebrows. Their services are offered at a higher cost than other establishments/competitors in the Dallas ara. However, I would never have any additional services done there. The place is dirty, their wax is cheap and the customer service is poor. If you go, just get their threading services only!

NO!!!
I wouldn't recommend this place at all. This is THE WORST parlour I have ever been to. I went there for hair color/highlights. After 40min of wait time the lady comes asks for what I want. There is no proper receiving of customers. She has a very bad attitude. And which shocked me the most is, she gave me blow dryer and asked me to dry my hair so that she can straighten my hair. I was soooo shocked at that..I wouldn't go to this parlour again. The lady speaks on phone all the time which some how reminds me of the TV ad. ....Btw, she charged me 80bucks for highlights and straigthening. I have shoulder length hair, so do the math...

My Favorite Salon
Glamour is my favorite place for haircuts, threading, hair coloring and facials. They are dependable, kind and gracious. I have also used their services to get my hair done for weddings and special occasions and have never had any issues with them. My daughters also get their haircuts at Glamour and they have always done an amazing job. They are worth the wait!!

i just got my eyebrows threaded, and hair highlighted, and cut. for one, if you call ahead of time they will make room for you. i had an appointment and i seriously saw three walk-ins come in and out in less than ten minutes while i was getting highlighted. shamza is VERY FAST, plus her work is very precise. my highlights came out beautiful! she took the time to ask me what i wanted and even made suggestions. the threading is awesome and reasonably priced compared to places in frisco or mckinney. i will return for their services!

Brittany- I go every two weeks to get my eye brows threaded my Shamsa! She does an excellent job and she is very sweet! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Beaware of their wax, my hairs grew back in only 5 days!! the wax must have been cheap or the procedure not done in the best manner.

I've been going to Shamsa for a hair-cut now for over 3 yrs. Infact my Wife & son of 2+ yrs also go there often. The place is clean, staff are professionals, flexible appointments, excellent service and overall a very friendly place.
