It's about time!
I just found this wonderful restaurant in Livonia. Great food and service. You owe yourself to try it, much better than any of the chains around. Authentic and delicious.

Excellent Food, Excellent Value
I took my date to Giulio's on Friday and had the most wonderful time. After popping open a bottle of champagne, we had a leisurely meal from appetizers to dessert. The manager came over and suggested a nice bottle of wine that wasn't on the list. It was outstanding. He mention that Giulio's had won an award from the Wine Spectator for their wine list. He pulled out a 1988 Mondavi Cabernet that was dynamite and priced reasonably.

A great place
I have visited Giulio's 4 times in the past couple of months. I have not been disappointed. The last time I was there I was pleasantly surprised by the live entertainment. The place was hopping.

I love Giulio's
I went to a dinner party at Giulio's last week. I read their great review in the Free Press and it prompted us to go there. The staff was so professional and attentive. We had a great family style meal and the food was to die for. Great selection of wine and the entertainment was fabulous.

FANTASTICO!!!!
I have to say my experience at Giulio's has been the best in a long time! I was so pleased with the service I received since the restaurant was my choice. My husband's boss was in town and he has a very particular taste. He, being an old school Italian, was thoroughly impressed himself. He considers himself a wine snob and I was so happy to see the large selection of wine he have to choose from. After a couple bottles of wine and great food from appetizer to dessert we were filled to the max. I definitly recommend this restaurant to everyone. It was inexpensive and the service was fantastic!

WOW, THAT SAYS IT ALL.
THIS PLACE KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL AT SUCH A FAIR PRICE, THE FOOD WAS THE AMAZING, IT CAME OUT AND MY MOUTH WAS WATERING. NEVER HAVE I BEEN AT A PLACE THAT CAME WITH SUCH GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. THE BARTENDER WAS A TREAT, GREAT SMILE AND THE WAY SHE PAYED ATTENTION TO US. ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS THIS WAS THE BEST LUNCH I EVER HAD, IT WAS SO GOOD I WENT BACK THAT NIGHT FOR DINNER. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT NIGHT LIFE SPOT THIS IS IT, THEY HAVE A GREAT SINGER, HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL JAMES, THEY WERE SCREAMING TO HEAR HIM SING MORE. HE PLAYED FRANK SINATRA, NEIL DIAMOND... THE PLACE IS THE BEST IN THE CITY IN MY OPITION!!! CHECK IT OUT!!

Italian the Right Way
I have really enjoyed my several visits to Giulio's. The food is unique and delicious. The service professional and prompt. The restaurant is gorgeous but not stuffy. Great wine list. Reasonable prices on food, drinks and wine. I noticed they won an award for the wine list, Pretty impressive.

I love Giulio's
After many years of dining I consider myself somewhat of an expert. I like restaurants that are independently owned, where you actually mean something to someone. You walk into a restaurant and the owner greets you at the door, checks on your meal and sincerely welcomes you back. I have been frequenting Giulio's for maybe a year now and I have to say that they just keep getting better. Of course I love the food, it is authentic and always fresh and hot. The quality of a restaurant goes beyond that. Great service, friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, etc. all work together in creating a wonderful dining experience. With the acquisition of Chef Lula from the now closed Fonte' d' Amore thing are better than ever. If you want an "experts" opinion, I think you owe it to yourself to dine at Giulio's and see what you don't get at a chain restaurant.

Don't Waste Your Money
We previously had good experiences here. We brought a friend here for the first time last night. Two of us decided to order a filet. After two attempts at preparing the filets and almost 2 hours later. We decided to leave. The filets were cooked so poorly and tasted so bad, we wouldn't eat them. The manager insisted we not leave hungry so offered to make yet another entree. The sea bass served tasted like $22 frozen cod and pizza was decent. What was worse is that after 2.5 hours there, a terrible meal, we still left paying $75 for the third meal that was good, the dessert that was ordered and thought was on the house and the drinks we drank while we waited for the restaurant to try to get it together.Worldwide > United States > Livonia, MI > Restaurants
