Reneging on Free Refills
I went to the Chick-fil-A bowl and bought a souvenir cup soft drink. When I bought it 2 concession stand workers both said you get free refills with the cup. I go to get a free refill at the beginning of the 3rd quarter and was told that the free refills are no longer available. I told the concession stand worker that I was told I would have free refills with the souvenir cup. The worker's response was: "My manager said refills are no longer available."
