I just had my oil changed here and will definetly be going back here. They were very friendly and took no time at all getting my car done. They have a special during football season that if the chiefs win you can get a oil change for $19.95 thats why I stopped in and with the good customer service they provide I will be going back.

Just not the same anymore
I really miss the old staff, they were nice to me everytime I came in, they always remembered me. They talked with me, NOT at me. They never spoke to me like I was stupid, always respectful. I've spent a lot of money with this shop in the last few years. This year I've made up my mind that I will NEVER come back, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They seem to be way more interested in the first time customers only, they have gone down with the economy, just sad. And I am absolutely a customer of theirs, I choose not to have the owner call me and try to claim he can rectify the situation, sorry the damage has been done.

THEY ARE GREAT!
Everyone at McCorkendale's are very knowledgeable and friendly. This has got to be one of the cleanest shops I have seen. The Service Advisors are extremely helpful at explaining what my car needs and what it will cost. I have been coming here for some time now and have always felt very comfortable with the repairs and costs.
