They called in in the middle of the day on the 4th of July (an American holiday, if you're not aware) and left a voicemail saying they wanted to deliver my love seat by the next day and I should call them as soon as possible. I wasn't able to listen to the voicemail until 9pm that night because I had to work at the hospital. But I called them first thing in the morning the next day. Someone answered the phone without introducing themselves, there was a large amount of noise in the background. I tried to explain my reason for calling and before they bothered to respond to me they hung up on me. I called half an hour later to try to give them time to collect themselves. But at that point they told me they could no longer deliver my furniture because I missed my window of opportunity.
