I was trying to make an appointment for my husband and the woman on the other end of the phone name Gayle was extremely rude, she kept saying that my husband already made the appointment but she didn't let me finish talking and right away she said "do you and your husband speak?" what kind of person will say this?!!!! of course, we communicate but she didn't let me finish what I wanted to say to her....I can't believe Medical office will hire RUDE, and UNEDUCATED people like her!!!! I wish your other staffs aren’t ugly like her!!!
