Good service was provided. However, the second charge of $50 for a minor service (associated with my ignorance, I have to admit) was somewhat excessive. This is a rate corresponding to around $600/hour.

Great company to work with
They installed our TV's, concealed the wires, hid on the components in the closet so i don't have to see them and hooked us up with a touch screen remote that DOES IT ALL.....Bravo! We love it!
