Found this place by accident one day and really liked the furniture that they had. I ended up purchasing a dresser for my son here at a very decent price. The dresser is beautiful and has held up very well. Very friendly people working here who are eager to help.Think before you buy from this place
if you get any defective piece, and even if you detect it the movement it lands, to have a good piece you will end up paying 35%. The cusotmer care is very adament and they hardly respond to what they say. Think many times before you buy from this place any furniture.Furniture Factory Direct
This store was all right. I loved a lot of pictures they had. They had a super nice wine cabinet that my friend ended up buying. They had a ok selection of furniture sets. They didn't have many bed sets to choose from. It was really hard getting someone to help you with anything. Very poor customer service here.WORST SERVICE EVER

I even wrote the dates we would be gone on the invoice that we both got. I then got a call in San Francisco to pick up furniture. I told them we would pick up Saturday. We returned Friday and called about picking up - they said good or it will be sent back tomorrow. Then we picked it up and the table is broke and 2 chairs have the wrong legs. We had to take back to store to see how they could fix it and are still waiting to hear how we get our table that we paid cash for. Furniture is nice but you have to order and even if paid for they will send it back and charge you a fee if you don't pick up in 3 days. Crazy!!!!! Not happy with service and wonder how many trips I have to make (70 miles round trip) to get my furniture. Sales people need to listen and company needs to think of customer, not make policies that are ridiculous. Hope wWorth checking them out.

The bed may have been a bit more than I wanted to spend, but it is definitely nicer looking than others I had seen at the Cannery. I know it is studier than the one at Wal-Mart. The bed we bought is a twin captain's bed. It is solid wood with a black laminate. I bought the extended warranty after the salesman explained that I would get a store credit if we don't use the warranty in five years. The bed with tax and warranty was over $700.00.Good furniture; mediocre service

While setting up the bed, they dropped the rails and put deep gashes in them. They arranged to have the end table delivered by the next truck into town, but it was frustrating to have to be on call for about 5 hours until they arrived. We were greeted by Mike. He was very knowledgable. He explaind things about how the store works, pointed out the area in which we were looking and left us alone to shop. He checked in with us periodically without pressure and answered all of our questions. He explained the delivery process and that it would take between 4-8 weeks for delivery. Amazingly we got our 7 piece sectional in a little over a week. The men that delivered it unpacked it, set it up and waited until we were satisfied, explaining everything. It is awesome and we are totally satisfied with the entire experience. I will buy the rest of my furniture needs from Furniture Factory Direct.Bob j

I went to pick out new furniture for my place and the girl who can came up to me I think her name was Tiffany and boy was she rushing me and sounding irritated in helping me come to find out she was in a hurry cause the store was closing so I decided to come back the very next day and Christina Cyrus helped me out. The shopping went well, but getting the furniture was HELL!! I waited a month and a half for my furniture and then when it was delivered it was damaged and the wrong furniture. I called and made a complain to DiDi who's supposedly corporate and she was the rudest and most unprofessional person I ever spoke to. I then had to wait another month to get my new furniture.. My furniture is beautiful but, the customer service is whack as hell!! THEY CAN ALL KISS MY ASS!!! (and my husband is serving this country for them??)weezer

Our furniture arrived within two days of the delivery date, that was stated to us at purchasing, and in excellent condition. I will definitely go back to Furniture Factory Direct for more purchases.Good to go

She took me right where I needed to go and pointed out the perfect living room set for a seriously good price. I got the extended warranty just because of that. Delivery was a little longer than I wanted so I scheduled the sofa and love seat for delivery and went up to the warehouse in Kent the next day to get the recliner. The warehouse was quick and it was easy loading into the back of a Ford Explorer. The delivery guys called when they were about ten minutes away and did a great job setting up when they arrived.
