On 11-17-12 the day your mailer indicated your truck would be in our my wife spent a good deal time putting together six large bags of donations together and made sure they were placed out in front of our home clearly marked with your bright green mailer as directed. I had just pulled into my drive way and noticed thier marked truck a few doors up and across the street just sitting there,I waited a few moments and the truck started up and proceeded to drive by my house without slowing down, this was at 2:35, I decided to wait afew minutes when at 2:40 p.m. the truck went flying by in other direction not slowing at all as I looked right at the driver. Well I guess they just don't care that people take time out of thier lives to put usefull items together to help people (supposedly). If you haven't figured it out yet the next letter I get in the mail from these folks is going straight in the trash, and I hope others will think twice before spending a lot of time and effort putting donations together that may or may not get to the people they were intended for, because they just don't care! B.S.

This org is unethical, rude, & HORRIBLE. I made a sizable charitable donation for needy families (or so I thought) and these people have the nerve to pick & choose what they want and come to find out they sell the items per the note left...

Very Very Rude
I recently received a card asking for local donations. I left a message on their voicemail asking if they would take a working oven in good condition. I received a call back today. It went like this (pretty much verbatim) -\r
