Frankie's falters
I've lived on the West Side for years, and have seen Frankie's go through its ups and downs. Up until recently, it had been THE place for good pizza if you were anywhere near North Olmsted.

Discriminate against single senior women
First time I have dined alone and never had a server ask if "everything's okay". Chicken Parmesan had no sauce. I wanted to ask for sauce, but not once did anyone come to ask me. Waited longer than acceptable to ask for a take home box...

Great as always
I have ate at Frankie's for as long as I can remember. The pizza is the BEST pizza around---- as long as you eat it after 5pm M-F. I have found it is not as good earlier in the day. I also love their sandwiches!

Decent food, horrific service
