Dead battery
My car battery died while in the garage. They came quickly and were able to jump start my car with their portable cables. Quick and close to home is a plus.

Not Happy!
We waited 3 hours and no tow from Scottos.Finally a driver came up and I asked what took so long and in anger John drove off! Needless to say, I give them 1 star for finally showing up 3.5 hours late!
