The gentleman reparied my berber carpet as best he could. It unraveled at the seam and it had to be glued versus rewoven. He arrived on-time and also trimmed some additional loose threads.

Told me one price over the phone
when they got here it was totally different trying to sell me this and sell me that. I ended up crying on the phone to my husband and he told me to just throw them out. Never again!
