Actually honest mechanics, easy to deal with, wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Many of my friends also use them, no one has ever had a complaint. Loaner cars used to be free, now I think they are $10. They aren't exactly fancy...

Actually honest mechanics, easy to deal with, wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Many of my friends also use them, no one has ever had a complaint. Loaner cars used to be free, now I think they are $10. They aren't exactly fancy loaner cars, but they do get me around while my car is being worked on, which is a must for me. Oh, and the shop peacock is cute!

Outstanding customer service!
When my car broke down while visiting family and friends in Portland I was referred to this shop. What a godsend, they examined my vehicle and when they found the problem they called me with their diagnosis which they explained in detail on a level even I could understand. They also presented me with a few different options each fully explained with an estimate of my costs thus allowing me to choose which one worked best for me.
