The Van Nuys Flyaway is an unbelievable mess. I have waited for two hours at LAX for one of their buses, and then got standing room only. The buses pick up terminals 1,2,3.... first; and then take a shortcut out of the loop. Therefore,...

Went from convenient to crappy
We used to love the flyaway since we fly every month. But they started raising the prices every month, which seemed natural at first, but to double within 6 months is extreme.
