The Best Gym Yet
I have been to many gyms and this is the best one yet! No pushy sales people, clean equipment, a varity of weight machines. The shower is pretty clean and bathrooms and locker room is always sparkly clean. I do not tan, but it seems to be up to date and clean. The sauna is nice as well. I like that I can go anytime of day or night. The only thing I do not like about the gym is the workers I have encountered are not willing to share a lot of information with you. You would need to hire a personal trainer for that-extra cost. One of the girls did show me how to work all the machines at my request. To me this is not a huge problem because I don't want tons of info to get a good workout. I go in do my cardio and watch TV. Then do my weights. It is not difficult to figure the whole gym out in a few visits. It is clean and not a meat market! No one is trying to impress anyone else. They are just there to workout!

Fit for Her, 121st & Elm, Broken Arrow
The Fit-for-Her (FFH) Gym at 121st & Elm in Broken Arrow is WONDERFUL! I worked-out for many years at another chain women's club and could just kick myself for not finding FFH sooner. While the monthly fee is the same as what I was paying at the other facility, FFH offers so, so much more. Ellipticals, stairs, treadmills (all with TV monitors), free-weights, isolation weight machines, aerobic work-out room, showers, tanning, sauna, massage chairs, children's area and 24/7 access in a clean, secure environment.Worldwide > United States > Broken Arrow, OK > Gyms and Fitness
