Both Service and Owners do not care about their Customers
Service was terrible. A group of co-workers arrived just before the lunch rush. It took the waitress approx. 20 minutes to finally take our order and we had to flag her down to do that. We waited over 35 minutes for the food to show up, having to flag down the waitress again to ask what was happening. She never checked in on us. When we finally got the owner involved, he barely cared. When asked about the delays he never give a real reason and even being perturbed that we would asked for him. No real apology, no offer to reduce the bill for our bad experience. This tells me ownership does not care for our business.Worldwide > United States > Chelmsford, MA > Restaurants
