Everthing bad you have come to expect from a repair shop

Return visit for the same problem they "fixed" last year.

Scheduled a drop off - waited 1 hour before they took my car to the bay. Waited another hour for them to come up with a $800 estimate to fix my car. Oh - and they also suggested...

Unprofessional and lack of skill

Cars feels shaky, is loud after alignment. They are more interested in giving you a long list of "suggested repairs" than doing a good job for your work order.
