I went to get my inspection sticker. I left my car there and about 45 minutes later I receive a call from the shop and the receptionist woman tells me that my car needed new wiper blades and if I wanted them to set new ones up. She made it sound like that was the only thing keeping my car from successfully getting the inspection sticker, so I agreed. About 15 minutes later she calls again and says to go back. I get there and she said to me that my car didn't pass the inspection because of the battery, but that she was still going to fully charge me!! First of all, that was a brand new battery! I was so mad because they knew in the 45 minutes that my car was there, that my car wasn't going to pass the inspection, but they took advantage and made it sound like after setting up new wiper blades everything will be ok so I would pay the extra charge. I could have done that myself for way less money! They did the same thing to my mom. These people are dishonest! Don't go there!
