Good place to go if you need a dermotologist!
Dr Feasel was very nice. She was very caring. I didn't have to sit and wait very long to be seen. Average prices for this kind of doctor.Excellent Dermatologist!
I went into see Dr. Feasel today about various moles, bumps, warts on my body, and was pleasantly surprised. The office is very clean, and employees are professional. And Dr. Feasel is very warm, attentive, competent, and had wonderful "bedside manners." I had some skin issue previously treated by another dr, and my condition worsened. Dr. Feasel gave me several options, and explained each one. I really appreciate that I was given several options to mull over. As for the procedures itself, everything was relatively painless. She knew exactly how to scrape, cut, etc, and so, there was very minimal pain, if any at all. I was impressed, and am happy I found a great dermatologist!Wonderful dermatologist
I have been seeing Dr. Feasel for several years. She was the first dermatologist to successfully help me get rid of my terrible acne. She seriously saved my face - my skin looks fantastic now. I have gone to her for a couple other minor issues and she always explains her diagnosis, what is causing the problem, and several options for fixing it. She always gives me lots of samples and prescription rebates because she knows I am on a student budget, and I REALLY appreciate that. Her nurses are awesome and respond to your phone calls promptly. I am so glad I found her and recommend her to everyone. My whole family goes to her now and we love her! I can't praise her enough.Ladera Park Dermatology - Great care
I went to see Dr Feasel for the first time about a year ago after my wife made an appointment for me to have a skin cancer screening. My wife told me I have an appointment with Dr Feasel and gave me the date, time and address. I showed up 15 minutes early because I knew I would have to fill out all the new patient forms. Wasn't too bad and by the time the paper work was done they called my name. The nurse was friendly and efficient taking my vitals while asking about my medical history and family history. As a red head from a family of redheads I had quite a history to tell. The nurse had me undress and put on a gown. Dr. Feasel came in a short 5 minutes later with her nurse. I guess I should mention that up to this point I thought Dr Feasel would be a male doctor. Wrong!. Dr. Feasel reviewed my history and risk factors and told me that I had all the risk factors possible; red hair, fair skin, lots of freckles and moles, and a personal and family history of cancerous and non cancerous legions. Dr. Feasel started her exam looking through my hair, behind my ears, on my eyelids and even in my mouth. She had me take off my gown and checked the skin on my chest and back, palms, and under my nail beds. She then had me stand and checked my legs and feet including the soles of my feet. This was the most thorough skin exam I ever had I thought. That was until she said to drop my shorts. Now I must admit that I am not bashful but standing naked before a female doctor and her nurse had me feeling a bit uneasy. Dr Feasel sensed my nervousness due to my hesitation to drop my shorts. She reassured me that she had done many male exams before and there was no reason to feel embarrassed. I obliged her request and dropped my shorts to the floor. She checked my backside including the folds where the sun don't shine. She then had me turn around and checked my genitalia which no dermatologist has done before. She found some lumps on the base of my penis that were suspicious and took a closer look with a magnifying glass. I don't know if it was her palpating the lumps or the fact that I was standing and she was sitting in front of me leaning forward such that I got a good look at her cleavage but whichever it was I began to get aroused. Needless to say, the more I tried not to, the more I became erect. Dr. Feasel just looked up at me and smiled and said "I think it would be best if we removed these legions today while you're here. It that OK with you?" I would have agreed with anything she said at that point just to get out of this embarrassing situation. She had her nurse prep a table with the stuff she needed and had me lie back on the exam table. i couple of quick shots of Novacaine or whatever it was used to numb the area put an end to my embarrassing predicament. In no time she had removed the lumps and bandaged me up with no residual pain except for my dignity being a little bruised. I'm glad I went and glad it was Dr Feasel who examined me. 10 years of skin exams previously and no doctor ever examined me every where. The little bit of embarrassment i suffered may have saved my life.Excellent Dr !
I've seen many dermatologists in Austin, and Dr. Feasel is by far the best. She spends the amount of time necessary to work with you and listens to you.Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Doctors
