Terrible Service and Professionalism... Went to this lady's house with a total of 4 trousers for alteration. She took 2 and a half weeks to get through just simply reducing waste size. Once I confirmed with her over the phone that the trousers were ready, I was shocked that when I went to pick it up she only had 3 done and 1 was missing. She argued with me that I had given only 3 when infact I had given her 4 trousers. When I asked her calmly that she search for the missing one, she argued that never in her many years in this profession did she keep an incorrect count. After much back and forth, when I insisted that she and I look, I managed to find the missing trouser myself and upon indicating so, she was fuming out of anger that I had wronged her. She charged me the same price (12$ per trouser) and argued that she had to reduce waist and length on one of those. Because she was throwing a ruckus all of a sudden - I decided not to argue anymore and I generally do not enjoy writing poor reviews - but this was truly disappointing and in my opinion a terrible experience. Never going back and definitely will file a complaint with the BBB as well. Do note that she operates out of a home and does not provide receipts for her work either.
