Father's Dream home appliances and repair service is a scam. I contacted there appliance store to have one of the burners on my stove repaired. They charge $65 dollars to come out to your home and diagnosis the problem. Once the issue or problem has been found. They claim to deduct $30 dollars from the $65 dollar diagnosis, once the repairs have been made. But, when the repair tech came out to my home he never made any real attempt or effort to fix or repair my stove. The repair tech twisted one screw on the burner two or three times. Turns around and looks at me and says "It's unable to be repaired, because I can\'t remove the screw. Of, course this was after they had already received the $65 dollars to come out to the home. They are a total rip off and have no intentions of doing any real work to fix or repair your appliances. They charge you $65 dollars to come out to your home. Make limited or no attempt to fix or repair your appliances. Tell you it's unable to be repaired and keep your $65 dollars.
