not shopping there again

My experience with your store-

I bought four pairs of shoes on March 15,2010. One was a pair of sneakers for my grandson- he wore them for TWO days

and I noticed they were defective. We went to California and

I had to buy him a new pair there because his could not be worn. I brought them back to the store last week and could not get an exchange because I did not have my receipt= I paid for them with my mastercard and could prove it, but that was not good enough- so now I am stuck with a defective pair of sneakers from your store, What should my review be like?
