Very disappointed. Repairman (Alex) came out and replaced control panel three times on my Whirlpool oven. The same problem Alex was called to fix is the same problem I still have. When he left the last time I noticed the keypad felt different (mushy), upon checking further it was noticed Alex had broken the keypad mounting bracket. Alex refused to refund $449 I paid.
