I have used Falls A/C on several occasions they have replaced 2 units for me as well as made several service calls over the past few years. I found them to be very professional and fair with the invoicing/prices for repairs and replacement . They had to come out several times when they replaced my downstair unit last summer due to code issues and I was never charged for the trip or any of the necessary changes .
