Pam Netz is the best in perminent makeup!
Pam did my eyebrows back in the mid-nineties. It changed the way I looked--it was like adding the frame to the picture. My husband, who normally thinks stuff like that is stupid, encouraged me to have Pam do my eyeliner. We both loved it. I could go without makeup--the daily stuff--and I looked "naturally " attractive, as permanent makeup doesn't have the look of being made up---it looks natural. Later I had my lips done as well. Pam has refreshed my makeup several times over the past 15 yrs. She is a perfectionist. She is also impeccably clean and sterile--a real concern for me as I am terrified of germs and infection. My testament to her: Even when I lived back east, I flew to Tucson to have her do my touch-ups, as I trusted no one else. Your time with Pam will be uninterrupted--she doesn't take calls or let anything divide her attention from you.
