unprofessional service
The servicemen made a major mistake on my car that could have caused a large amount of damage if it wasn't noticed. After taking my vehicle into them one time they told me something was wrong. Five miles down the road it began again. I called and they told me they could do nothing for me and I would have to deal with it on my own. I would not recommend this branch to anyone and the manager there is very unprofessional in dealing with people and are focused on the money they make not customer service.I did not want to give this place any stars at all
After waiting two hours for an oil change, the manager argued with me that they DID put the right kind of oil in when they did not. I had to have ANOTHER oil change within a week. I do not recommend this place at all.Excellent work and great customer service
I would highly recomend this branch of F&F tire. My company has purchased tires for multiple corporate vehicles, have our oil changes done there are well as strut work on a vehicle well over its prime. All the work has been done professionally and without any issues. The manager is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have, so that you understand the work that needs to be done. I have taken my own vehicle in for tires and will continue to go there for oil changes and any additional work. Their prices are very competitive and their work is solid.Terrible Service
I've never received worse service in my life! The wait to have my car looked at was ridiculous. It took hours. The serviceman and the manager I dealt with were not only difficult but extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself some time, money and a headache and go somewhere else. The Worst Service
F&F Tire will consume your time and money. They won't fix the vehicle correctly the first time and you'll be back time and time again. When I first got my tires they never balanced the tires because their balancing machine was out of calibration. Driving with a shaky steering wheel should not be something experienced out of the box. When I returned I was told to go to the Southridge location. Since then they have replaced my shocks and struts and I have been living with a terrible squeak in the front ever since. They claim it is a bad bushing. The dealership service team tells me the shock is hitting the fender. When I had brake work done the front brake locked up a mile down the road. They told me I needed new calipers. In two months following the calipers on the front right brake has locked up. You'll be told one hour but sit for three. Be smart and go to a dealer or another vendor in the area. Stay away from these places.Worldwide > United States > Milwaukee, WI > Auto Repair
