I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED AN OWNER SO DISRESPECTFUL TO HIS EMPLOYEES. HE IS USING HIS AUTHORITY TO BELITTLE HIS EMPLOYEES. HE TELLS THEM TO DO THINGS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR JOB.
