Very dissatisfied customer.
When I went in on May 11,2007 to have my truck’s oil change I presented my coupon for $19.00. The young employee told me that they will handle that inside. After waiting about 15 min. he then came in and had me sign the paper work, I asked him why it was going to cost $61.00 which was stated on the paperwork. He said it was just the estimate for full service and it will adjust it’s self in the end. I made it very clear that this is an old truck and all I wanted was a standard oil change. He kept saying not a problem. At that point he told me that I need a new air filter, gas filter and new belts. I told him I am getting a new vehicle in July and I stressed the fact that I just wanted the oil changed. After another 10 min. he came in and said that I needed a special oil filter because they put in synthetic oil. They never told me that they were putting in synthetic oil until after they were done.
