Disgusting service!!!!!!!!! Rip Offs!!!!!!! Liars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have never been so disgusted in all my life with the type of service I was given today. I bought Glasses at the Conroe Tx location and I was unhappy with the prescription so I went back to the doc next door and he told me that the prescription was not done right .....after three times!!!!!!!!!! they also told me that I would see better with the best lenses they have ( HD Lenses ) .....NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I came back and once again the doc told me that the prescription was not done as per his specs. I later went back to eye masters in Conroe and no one smiled or said hello...they all seemed to give off a look like they were very dissatisfied with being there. I signed my name even though I was one of only two people there and as I explained that they did not do the prescrption right for the 4th time..... this older woman had an attitude with me and said that they do not make mistakes and that it is the doctors fault. I said negative and that I want to get this resolved asap because I CAN"T SEE!!!!

GREAT SERVICE!
This is my fifth year buying eyeglasses from this location. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I am at home when I go there because they always greet me by name there. They even remember me from the previous years and ask me how my heart surgury went. Overall, I have always gotten great service from here. The bald guy that works there is always smiling and so well-mannered. I have always been so use to spending over $600 for a pair of glasses. Now I get two pairs for under $400 everytime I go there. I am a progressive lens wearer and most private doctors I think are out to get you. I would reccommend this store to anyone.

Professional and Precise
I had a very wonderful experience because I have never worn glasses before and the staff there was so helpful. They picked out a perfect pair of glasses for my face. I have gotten so many complements on my eyewear. The female staff there is also very attractive and very friendly. I think that for the price and for the quality it is hands down the best place to shop! I cant wait tll my insurance kicks back in so that I can get a second pair of sunglasses!
