I will never do business with Extreme comfort again. We purchased a system from them and have had several service calls in only 2.5 years. Each one we had a part that malfunctioned and although these were covered by the 5 year All Parts Warranty - they simply make up for it by charging a ridiculous amount for labor. The most recent: A small part broke and they charge $750 for labor. They were there for less than 1/2 an hour but said they had to wait in line at the parts store for 4 hours. The worst part is that when you are under warranty, the cost for the part and labor from a legitimate AC company are even less even though other companies have to pay for the parts. After three times being BS f/ the owners and paying waaaayyyy too much, we have decided to kick them to the curb even though we are still under warranty. They are a bad company with terrible owners. I will never do business with them again.

beware poor after sales service

Beware terrible after sales service once 1yr warranty is up.
I Purchased 4 new trane air conditioning units via Home Depot. Home Depot gave the business to Extreme Comfort. I Subsequently purchased an automatic damper system directly from Extreme Comfort. Have had and still have numerous problems with the automatic damper system. After one of the A/C systems stopped working, called in a service call at 4pm for both the A/C unit and the damper system . I spoke to one of the owners Marc, who informed me an Engineer would be out the following morning. 4 hours later Marc, called me back to say that his partner, Brent had instructed him not to service my system and that I need to find another company. This company is happy to take your money for the upfront installation but don't want to support their workmanship as soon as the 1 yr warranty is up.
