The worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional! I went repair my computer and they broken screen while repairing my computer. I could and ask to speak to the manger he yelled at my and called me a scam artist. Read Yelp.com reviews. Do not go to this place!

Very Rude People Work Here
I was overcharged for the work they did. When I attempted to contact the owner (Chris) he was indignant and hung up on me. What ever happened to customer service? Why does Chris think his S!@T doesn't stink!?!

Express Computer Repair is Shockingly Horrible
After finding out that their idea of repair was to erase the drive and reinstall windows, I took my business elsewhere. Chris, the owner, held my computer hostage until I paid the $40 diagnostic fee. The diagnostics were vague and told me nothing about what was wrong with the computer. Chris was extremely rude when I wanted to pick up my computer without repair. At one point he literally said to me get the f**k out of my store during an argument about the fee.

Express Computer Repair is TERRIBLE!
I have no idea how they are still in business. I was getting a computer repaired for a semi-famous musician from out-of-town. Super critical to be delivered within 2 days. After diagnosing, charging me, and telling me they couldn't fix it, I went to pick it up because artist HAD to have back within a couple of days, so I was going to ship it FedEx. Well, Express Computer Repair gave me someone elses computer. I figured this out while headed to the airport for two day ship. I returned other customers computer to store and asked that they help with paying for part of the overnight expense of sending laptop back since I would now have to overnight it, not two-day ship it. Of course they said no and they saw no reason why. The owners attitude, as expressed by other complaints here, was ridiculous. He could've cared less and didn't even get it that I just saved him huge liability returning someone elses computer! I will NEVER EVER do business with these folks again, and everytime I walk b

Express Computer Repair has done nothing to impress me
This place is rude and slow! I'm not going into detail, simply because I basically agree with all the negative comments on here. The positive comments on here MUST be either Chris and his staffers, or people in his family or that he has paid-off to get a good review, because I've only had very minimal dealings with Express and can already see I don't want to have anything further to do with them.
