Alterations done quick!
Being short means that you always have to get things hemmed or fixed so that they fit you just right. Because of this, its necessary to either figure out how to work a sewing machine or find a good tailor. Since Im not one who sews, I go to Express Alterations to get most of my hemming done. Ive brought dresses, pants, and coats to their store and theyve done a consistently good job and theyre really quick about it. The ladies are professional and very helpful and their work is great.

The customer service here is terrible. I was rushed when trying on pants, so ultimately the pants I got shortened weren't done the way I expected. They did not take the time to properly take measurements or even straighten out the folds while pinning. Therefore the length I expected for each pair of pants ended up shorter or longer than ideal. I will not go back to Express Alterations.

Good seamstresses, reasonable rates
