The owner is not a trustworthy businesswoman. And I am not being harsh. I am a bride who is getting married in 40 days. My wonderful mom decided to buy a dress from this store after the owner, Symone (spelling may be wrong), promised (actually more like guarenteed this to my mom as there is a "no refund" policy) my mom that she would order her the right size and the dress would fit her perfectly. Well, she didn't stick to her word. She ordered my mom a dress in a size 8 (my mom is a size 12) and the dress - as you can assume - did not fit my mom. That's when Symone gave my mom the bomb shell that an 8 is the highest size available and there's nothing she could do about it not fitting and she would not refund my mom the money for her dress. My mom spent a good chunk of change ($700) as this is a once-in-a-lifetime event (her first born's wedding). Symone is dishonest and unfriendly. Look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Full of Scams
The woman is rude. I was not treated with any respect. I bought a dress and asked her to alter it, however when I came back in to try it on it did not fit me. She would not re-alter it nor would she give me my money back. I highly recommend avoiding this store. She is a scam. She causes you to pay before you see the final product. And, if you are not satisfied with the final product she will not return your money. I was not informed about this policy and this is why I am highly upset with the store. Every policy should be told to the customer, however that was not the case here. Avoid this place, there are plenty of other fabulous dress boutiques: like Golden Asp, Cache, and other ones in the philadelphia area.Worldwide > United States > Philadelphia, PA > Weddings
