Horrible!!!!
On 8/20/09, I had an auto accident. The car was towed to a place that the towed person recommended. After waiting for two weeks, obtaining numerous rental cars and many calls, Integrity Auto Collision center decide that my car was reparable. The whole repair process last for two months instead of half month as agreed when I called the last time to check the status of my car (two weeks after checked in) As of today late January of 2010, the car has been into their facility three times, towed ones (of course to another repair shop) because is not drivable, and still not repaired correctly.

Stay-way DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL
From our experience, this company is not serious and professional. The owner do not honored his word; he promised to fix the car within weeks, however, they kept the car for two months. Obviously, no car insurance will pay more than thirty days of rental car, therefore, you have to pay out of packet for the remained time the car is unfixed. They blame other companies for the extra time it took to be fixed, but my lawyer contacted those companies and found the information was false.Worldwide > United States > Miami, FL > Body Shops
