Helpful Knowlegable Sales Staff
I recently purchased my last vechicle from Carr Subaru. The sales staff was very knowlegable about the cars they were trying to sell. They were very patient, allowing me to test drive many different cars. Eventually, when I narrowed it down to the car I wanted to buy, they struck a hard deal. In fact, I did end up leaving the dealership and driving home, but they ended up calling me back and closing the deal in the end. The paperwork went smoothly. I also had a problem with one of the indoor lights, which they promptly fixed for me. I was very satified with my experience with this dealership.

Steer clear of this one
My wife and I purchased a new car from Carr Subaru in 2002. We were not impressed by their theatrics. They put on a big show, racing back and forth into their office and trying to bully us into paying more. It was very showy and disrespectful. We were there for hours. We ended up leasing a car from them but feel that we should have taken our business somewhere else. When we called with questions about our lease, the staff was quite unhelpful and curt. When it is time to trade in our car, we will definitely be looking elseware.

I had shopped around trying to get catalytic converters replaced on a not so commonly driven, older vehicle. When you hear that, you know its going to cost you! I have had some not so good experiences until the excellent service and repair by Exhaust Specialties. They were very professional, got right to work on my car. I planned to stay the day since everyone else said it would take all day. In other words they all wanted me to drop off the car, so they can pick everything over and see what they can get me for. I was impressed by Bob Shean, who quickly overviewed my car problems, gave me a reasonable quote, (was actually much less than the others), to which I gladly agreed to the job. He then set my expectations and ordered the parts. A friend had planned to take me to lunch. When I came back, my vehicle was sitting outside. I came in and they explained that it was ready to go.
